No, accessories such as cases, cellphone or tablet chargers, and screen protectors are not required to be included when selling your device. However, if you do include them, they will be properly recycled as part of our commitment to sustainability.
For Macs, laptops, desktops, Apple TVs, smart watches, and smart home products, we require a charger to properly test the device. Devices received without a charger may take up to 7 additional business days to process and may receive a revised offer.
