Our Customer Portal is designed to provide a seamless experience for managing your device submissions, tracking your transactions, and ensuring a smooth buyback process.

This guide will walk you through the features of the portal, how to access it, and what to expect during your login process.

To access the Customer Portal use this link: https://thebuybackplatform.com/account/login

On a Desktop you can also access the Customer Portal from https://thebuybackplatform.com > click the icon in the upper right hand corner.

On a Mobile Device you can access the Customer Portal by clicking the menu bar

in the upper left corner, then select "Log In"

  1. On both the Desktop and Mobile experience, to access the Customer Portal, you will type in the email address thats associated with your BuyBack account (the one you submitted your device with).

  2. We will send you a link directly to your email address to access your customer portal.

  3. In that email tap the "Log In" button to instantly login.

Remember, This link is unique to you, and it doesn't expire, so don't forward this link to anyone.
